All Interests Aligned (AIA) invites proven operators to pursue its Management Buy-In (MBI) program in Spain, offering a route to become CEO-owner of a family-owned SME. This Spain-based role requires deep roots in the local business community and a hands-on operating mindset.

As Chief Executive Officer (Operating Partner), you will lead the acquisition, transition, and ongoing operations, supported by AIA's capital, deal structuring, and governance resources.

Formación

• A minimum of 5 years in a general management role with full P&L accountability.
• At least 10–15 years of post-undergraduate professional experience.
• Hands-on operating background preferred.
• Local anchorage with fluency in local language and business culture.

Responsabilidades

• Origination: identify and assess acquisition targets with AIA's financial and strategic support.
• Deal closing: lead due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring with AIA.
• Transition: take on the CEO role with a structured transition plan.
• Operation: lead the company's operations, governance, reporting and compliance.
• Exit: prepare and execute an exit strategy with AIA.
