Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a highly experienced leader to partner with us in searching, acquiring, and leading a small to mid-sized company in Spain as Chief Executive Officer.

As an NCA Searcher, you will spearhead a 24-month professional search, working with our Investment Management team and benefiting from an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company to support your entrepreneurial journey.

Formación

• 15+ years of professional experience including at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record running/growing businesses or business units in Spain.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a search process with defined criteria to generate deal flow for acquiring a business.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans; identify growth opportunities.
• Lead growth through marketing and sales initiatives; review offerings and market positioning.
• Oversee geographic expansion and market entry strategies; ensure profitable growth.
• Drive efficiency and profitability across the new entity.
