All Interests Aligned seeks a hands-on operator to lead a family-owned SME in Spain through an MBI program, with the aim of becoming CEO-owner supported by investors. The role covers full P&L responsibility and a structured, multi-stage path across origination, closing, transition, operation and exit.

Ideal candidates have deep roots in Spain's business community, proven leadership, and the resilience to drive growth while navigating succession challenges.

Formación

• Experience: a minimum of 5 years in a general management role with full P&L accountability.
• Combined with at least 10–15 years of post-undergraduate professional experience.
• Operating background required: hands-on operators; not a fit for purely financial roles.
• Local anchorage: fluency in local language and a well-established regional network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and emotional readiness for leadership and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Origination: identify and assess potential acquisition targets with AIA's support.
• Deal Closing: lead due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring with the team.
• Transition: take on the CEO role with a structured handover plan.
• Operation: oversee company operations with governance and compliance support.
• Exit: prepare and execute an exit strategy in partnership with AIA.
