Bolton is seeking a Quality Implementation Trainee to join their team in O’Grove, Galicia. The trainee will assist the technical team with pilot trials, manage sample preparation for quality testing, and gain hands-on experience in Product and Process Validation.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree, strong attention to detail, and be fluent in Spanish with a high level of English. This position offers full-time working hours and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in Spanish and high level of English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pilot and industrial trials on the plant floor.
• Manage sample preparation and shipments for quality testing.
• Record technical parameters and report deviations.
• Help draft technical reports while complying with quality standards.
