In this interactive role, you will craft signature cocktails and serve beverage varieties according to strict presentation standards. Specifically, you will welcome guests, advise on drinks, manage POS billing, and collaborate with the barback to maintain stock levels. Your Mission: Mixology Artistry & Rooftop Hospitality

Your primary goal involves driving beverage excellence across our luxury rooftop terrace. To achieve this, you will craft premium cocktails with precision. At the same time, you will keep the bar station organized and efficient. Therefore, you will advise guests on drink selections, execute signature recipes, manage POS billing, and maintain stock rotation. As a result, you will eliminate service delays and protect our venue’s reputation for luxury hospitality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Cocktail Craft & Beverage Service: Prepare signature cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverage selections following standard recipes and presentation manuals.
• Bar Guest Care & Consultation: Welcome, inform, and advise guests on drink options with professional presence and deep product knowledge.
• Order Taking & POS Billing: Take beverage orders accurately, deliver drinks promptly, and process customer payments via POS terminals.
• Bar Setup & Equipment Care: Prepare bar workstations before opening and ensure electronic equipment is disconnected safely at closing.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Collaborate with the barback to restock supplies, store incoming deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks.
• Service Standards & Compliance: Maintain bar staging and adhere strictly to group hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Who You Are: The Passionate Mixology Professional

• Proven Foundations: You bring at least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in upscale dining establishments or Michelin-recognized venues.
• Educational Background: You hold a Vocational Degree (Grado Medio or Superior) in Restaurant Services, Restaurant Management, or equivalent, combined with formal training in Mixology (Coctelería) and Oenology (Enología).
• The Linguist: You display B2-level proficiency in English alongside fluent Spanish. Knowledge of additional international languages is considered a valuable plus.
• Technical Skills: You feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and hospitality point-of-sale systems.
• Key Competencies: You demonstrate exceptional customer warmth, speed under pressure, mixology passion, and strong teamwork.
