Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a friendly bartender for LABTWENTYTWO, near Barcelona. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting, prepare beverages, take orders, interact with guests, and maintain bar cleanliness to brand standards.

Requirements include fluency in Spanish and English, hospitality experience, and a guest‑centered mindset. On-site role with opportunities across Odyssey properties; perks include staff meals, uniform, gym access, and employee discounts.

THE POSITION

We are searching for enthusiastic teammates to join our team! The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by working and thriving in a fast-paced organization with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Job requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in the bar, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
• Assessing bar guests’ needs and preferences and making recommendations;
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks;
• Maintaining the bar area and equipment clean;
• Restocking and replenishing bar supplies and inventory;
• Knowledge of POS systems;
• Providing first-class services and promoting hospitality to the guests as per brand standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards;
• Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone;
• Guest-oriented and representative;
• Speaking excellent Spanish and English;
• Experience with Hospitality is a plus.
