Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is strengthening its Talent Acquisition team. You will identify and contact suitable candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, conduct initial conversations, and manage the full recruiting process from outreach to final hiring decision.

You will work in an international, dynamic office in Poblenou, collaborating closely with hiring managers and maintaining a professional candidate journey. German and English fluency are required.

Formación

• Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Native or fluent German and very good English.
• Organized, independent, able to manage multiple processes.
• Motivated to grow in an international, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and contact suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present to hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from outreach to hiring decision.
• Coordinate interviews and organize in-person sessions at the Barcelona office.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and keep them updated throughout the process.
• Ensure a professional candidate journey and maintain a transparent process.
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and document progress in the ATS.
• Contribute ideas and develop new sourcing approaches.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide visibility into ongoing processes.
