Job summary

PwC Barcelona is seeking a Financial Due Diligence professional to join our Deals Transaction Services team. You will work on buy-side and sell-side projects, analysing financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions and delivering insights to maximise deal value. The role requires a degree in Business/Economics or engineering, fluency in English, and 2–8 years of relevant experience.

Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools is valued.

Qualifications

Degree in Business / Economics or engineering.
Fluent in English (day to day work would be in English).
Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory).
2-8 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, corporate finance or private equity.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx).
Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor.
Provide insights using Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts and support deal decisions.
Leverage analytics to identify key value drivers and present findings to clients.
