TP Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Acquisition Specialist to drive new business and expand the host network for our leading travel platform. You will be the first contact for prospective hosts, delivering consultative pitches and guiding onboarding.

The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with experience in outbound sales, CRM proficiency, and strong communication. Join a team dedicated to performance and customer success at World Trade Center Barcelona.

Formación

• 2 years of sales, business development, or recruitment experience.
• C2 level of Spanish and C1 level of English.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with outbound sales and managing high-volume queries.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
