TP Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Acquisition Specialist to drive new host onboarding and expand the professional host network on a leading travel marketplace. You will be the first contact for prospective hosts, using your sales skills and product knowledge to explain platform benefits and onboarding steps.

The role requires a motivated, results-driven professional eager to shape travel and property management.

Formación

• 2 years of sales, business development, or recruitment experience.
• C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with outbound sales and managing high-volume queries across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
