The Social Hub Barcelona seeks a Meeting & Events Coordinator Intern to support in driving commercial results across revenue streams and coordinate bookings for our Barcelona property. You will help develop customer accounts to attract bookings for meetings, events, hotel stays, and dining, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will be enrolled at a university for the full duration of the internship, be fluent in Spanish and English, and bring a positive, organised, hands-on

• Currently enrolled at a university for the full duration of the internship.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions and handle bookings for Commercial Partnerships through calls, third parties, and emails.
• Help develop customer accounts to drive business to Barcelona properties and expand revenue streams.
• Assist with admin tasks, prepare meeting/ events sheet, and coordinate with banqueting team.
• Host meetings and ensure follow-up to secure repeat business and after-sales service.
• Support Finance with invoicing and payments, and compile statistics for clustering teams.
• Contribute to the creation and rollout of the local commercial strategy.
