Prosper AI in Barcelona is looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to lead a team and tackle complex client integrations with innovative voice AI solutions. In this full-time role, you'll balance hands-on engineering with leadership, ensuring that AI agents effectively serve healthcare clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, ideally with experience in FastAPI and PostgreSQL, and is passionate about making a significant impact in reducing administrative work in healthcare.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background with experience leading projects or teams.
• Solid understanding of relevant technologies like FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and React.
• Experience in client-facing roles finding creative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the FDE team with a high-trust culture.
• Set the technical direction and define best practices.
• Own the FDE process and handle client integration.
