Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to join our European Integration Centre in Barcelona. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, manage budgets, and lead a world-class team across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to support customer demand.

You will collaborate with regional and global partners to translate strategic plans into actionable objectives, champion safety and quality, and ensure compliance with gaming industry standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Operations management.
• Experience leading operational teams, including performance management and capability development.
• Experience in a European operations setting, preferably within manufacturing, integration, logistics, or regulated gaming technology activities.
• Strong communication and collaborator management to engage teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational performance, including budget tracking, productivity, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
• Build relationships with local, regional, and global leaders to align priorities and execution.
• Communicate proactively to ensure understanding of priorities, risks, and actions.
• Identify and implement guidelines across manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics.
• Support European sales and operations planning to meet demand and targets.
• Coordinate EUIC operations including production, logistics, warehousing, facilities, and inventory.
• Mentor direct reports to build capability and foster a collaborative culture.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, and quality across EUIC.
• Maintain local policies and SOPs for safe, efficient operations.
• Translate regional plans into team objectives and measurable benchmarks.
• Contribute to capacity planning, service levels, cost reduction, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
