Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming’s European Integration Centre in Barcelona seeks an ambitious Operations Manager to drive flawless performance across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and customer service.

You will lead a world-class team, manage budgets and KPIs, build cross-functional relationships with regional leaders, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety in a fast-paced gaming tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations.
• Proven experience leading operational teams.
• Experience in European operations setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational performance including budget tracking and productivity.
• Build relationships with local and regional leaders to align priorities.
• Communicate proactively with teams on priorities, risks, and actions.
• Identify and implement guidelines across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics."
• Support European sales and operations planning to meet demand and service expectations.
• Coordinate production, logistics, warehousing, facilities, and inventory control.
• Mentor direct reports and foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, and quality across the EUIC.
• Maintain local policies and SOPs for safe, efficient operations.
• Translate regional plans into clear team objectives and continuous improvement actions.
• Contribute to capacity planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
