Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of game production experience in live operations.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Master Jira and Confluence user skills.
• PMP or Prince2 and Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively promoting positive team culture.
• Plan and execute the roadmap with key stakeholders throughout the game lifecycle.
• Ensure understanding of business priorities and deliverables.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and adjust to deliver on time.
• Oversee development of a large team and comprehensive plan.
