Qualifications

• Experiencia probada como Analista de Negocios Senior/Lead en transformación digital, datos o IA.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de modelado de procesos y gestión de requisitos, con metodologías modernas (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Inglés fluido para entorno internacional.

Responsibilities

• Recopilar y analizar requisitos, alineando sesiones con stakeholders clave para entender necesidades.
• Diseñar mejoras de procesos, ampliar sistemas y proponer soluciones digitales/data-driven.
• Gestionar expectativas de las partes interesadas a lo largo del ciclo del proyecto.
• Apoyar estrategias de cambio y adopción de nuevas herramientas y procesos.
• Soportar programación, hitos, pruebas de aceptación (UAT) y validación funcional.
• Definir KPI y preparar informes ejecutivos para dirección.

In this role, you will identify key business needs, analyze complex operational processes, and support the design and implementation of strategic digital, data, and AI transformation initiatives to deliver measurable value and align solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Facilitate alignment sessions with key stakeholders to understand core business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and pinpoint transformation opportunities.
• Solution Design & Documentation:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and business teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new digital/data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Management:
  • Partner actively with business units, internal IT teams, and external vendors to drive alignment and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management & Adoption:
  • Support change management strategies and execution to ensure seamless organizational adoption of new digital tools, workflows, and automated systems.
• Project Support, Delivery & UAT:
  • Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and planning.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional validation.
• Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting:
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track project outcomes against business objectives.
  • Prepare structured status reports and executive presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.

EstudiosEducation:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
