Job summary

Scopely is seeking an experienced Lead Finance Analyst/Manager to join Product Finance in support of our LIVE Games Portfolio. Based out of Barcelona, you will own financial models end-to-end, drive KPI and performance reporting, and partner directly with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders across game studios, UA, Data Science and Finance leadership, Accounting, and central teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strong analytical roles.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex models.
Ability to translate large datasets into clear KPI narratives and recommendations.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
Experience with gaming, mobile apps, subscription, or consumer tech models is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end financial models, forecasting, and reporting for titles within the LIVE Games Portfolio.
Partner with GMs and cross-functional teams to inform portfolio decisions (UA, Data/BI, Accounting).
Lead process improvements and automation projects from scoping through execution.
Provide close support, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
Collaborate across regions (US/EMEA) and align with Finance leadership.
