Blu Selection seeks a Senior AI & ML Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions for a global fragrance and flavor leader in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You will shape scalable AI systems, deploy robust data pipelines, and implement strong MLOps practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires 5+ years of IT/Engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML, advanced Python skills, and hands-on Azure ML/Databricks, Docker, CI/CD.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT/Engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML and technical leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production monitoring.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines to integrate AI into robust software architectures.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.
• Lead technical design, development, and optimization of scalable AI solutions aligned with best practices.
• Work in an Agile framework to convert research into production value while ensuring privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate challenges into clear technical requirements.
