MVC Group seeks a Marketing Manager for the Iberian cycling market, based in Barcelona at the new MVC Iberia Showroom in the Barcelona Moda Centre. You will oversee marketing activities for Iberia, coordinate with HQ, and drive digital campaigns across content, channels, and communications.

The role requires a cycling background, 3-5 years in marketing, and fluency in Spanish and English. Office-based, with collaboration across sales, retail, and external agencies.

Formación

• Active cyclist with real knowledge of the cycling sector.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Native Spanish and professional English language skills.
• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and basic e-commerce.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute annual marketing plan for Iberian cycling market.
• Manage digital platforms: Shopify, WordPress, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and curate brand-consistent content across channels.
• Run CRM campaigns using HubSpot/Salesforce and report results.
• Support brand partnerships with ambassadors and events.
• Coordinate product communications with HQ, including launches and newsletters.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retail, HQ, and agencies.
