• Higher education in marketing or communications from a top university or business school.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail marketing or event communications.
• Strong creative judgement with a pragmatic, business-minded approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Curious, rigorous and able to propose innovative action plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Interest in new technologies applied to retail services.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating local marketing initiatives and events on-site.
• Support digital marketing across websites, apps, directories and social media.
• Coordinate with external agencies for creative assets and campaigns.
• Support events and activations on-site with follow-up.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on results.
• Liaise with retailers and shopkeepers associations.
• Coordinate deployment of Group marketing guidelines in Spain.
