Playitas Resort on Fuerteventura seeks a Bar Manager (m/f/d) with energy to join our team. You will lead bar operations, manage the beverage menu, and inspire a talented team of bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Your Tasks

• Manage and supervise the operations of our bars, ensuring high-quality service.
• Be responsible for creating and executing the beverage menu – impress us with your creativity!
• Lead and motivate our fantastic team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Interact with guests, making sure they fully enjoy their experience in our bars.
• Work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Resolve issues and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
• Support the organization of special events and themed nights.
• Stay up to date with the latest cocktail and mixology trends.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality and nightlife.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, classic cocktails, and signature creations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest focus and service mindset.
