New Relic is seeking a backend engineer to help shape the observability platform. You will build, maintain, and scale backend services, collaborating with product and experience teams to influence the distributed tracing roadmap.

You’ll work in an agile, DevOps environment, write production code, and explore AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development. English proficiency is required, and experience with Kotlin/Java/Go is highly valued.

Formación

• Experience with distributed systems and production scaling.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java or Go and able to adapt to others.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming: streams and message queues.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments with on-call rotations.
• Collaborative mindset, AI curiosity, and strong English.
