We are seeking engineers to join the Distributed Tracing Pipeline team, building a scalable distributed service architecture for ingesting large data volumes, analyzing spans and traces, and delivering data to the UI for rapid insight. You will work with a diverse tech stack including Kotlin, Java, Kafka, Redis, and public cloud services, collaborating with engineers to solve complex distributed system challenges in a

• Experience with distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong coding skills in Kotlin, Java or Go and OOP concepts.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and message queues.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficient English communication.
