New Relic, a global observability company, is seeking engineers for the Service Architecture Intelligence team. You will build, maintain, and scale backend services and integrate AI-powered workflows into daily engineering operations.

You will collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps, push automation, and champion scalable, reliable software in a remote-first environment with a strong presence in Europe.

Formación

• Experience with distributed systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming: streams, event-based flows, queues.
• Active experience using AI coding assistants and AI agents in engineering workflows.
• Comfort with Agile methodologies and fast-paced delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and scale backend services and tools using modern engineering practices.
• Pioneer and integrate AI agents and AI-powered workflows into engineering operations.
