Fledge in Barcelona is seeking a skilled software engineer to join a boutique search firm bridging consulting and Talent search services. You’ll work on a cross‑functional product used by a growing European tech scale‑up, applying Domain‑Driven Design to deliver real value.

You will contribute to a scalable stack (Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS) and engage in mentorship, testing strategies, and code quality improvements within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with Spring Boot and Ktor.
• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Redshift.
• Experience with Docker, Solr and ElasticSearch.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Ability to design scalable, real‑world features using domain‑driven design.

Responsabilidades

• You'll spend your time writing and maintaining clean, scalable code in Java or Kotlin, depending on where your team’s focus lies.
• You’ll use Domain‑Driven Design to build features that map to real‑world problems.
• You’ll help modernize and refactor legacy parts of our system, ensuring health and performance as we grow.
• You’ll help raise the bar by creating solid testing strategies and participating in a mentorship‑driven code review culture.
