Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a Backend Engineer to join our Spain-based engineering hub. You will help push our platform forward by improving architecture, raising quality, and building scalable features used by thousands of users daily.

Join a mature team and collaborate across Product, Platform, DevOps, and Frontend groups to deliver value with clean architecture and test-driven development. Some remote work flexibility may apply as the team evolves.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• 2+ years with a strongly typed language or TypeScript.
• Strong experience with RDBMS (raw queries or via ORM).
• Solid background in unit and integration testing.
• Experience with message brokers (SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, GCP or AWS, gRPC and protobufs.
• Bonus: Strong grasp of SOLID principles.

• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

• Always think beyond the code - you'll focus on delivering value and improving the user experience for our customers.

You'll join our Backend Guild, collaborating closely with Product, Platform, DevOps, and Frontend teams. We care deeply about quality, performance, and a great developer experience -- supported by clean architecture, code generation, linters, templates, and test-driven development.

What we’re looking for
