Job summary

Black Bull Group in Madrid is seeking a result-driven recruiter fluent in French to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, manage participation, and engage healthcare professionals across markets, helping build our panel.

The role requires native French, good English, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication via phone and email. Experience with multinational teams is a plus; other tasks include documentation, mailings, and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
