Job summary

Once in Madrid is seeking an enthusiastic recruiter to join our Production Hub as a French-native speaker. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation in market research studies, inviting them to join our panel of healthcare professionals and performing follow-up calls to maximize participation.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a multinational environment.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
