Axon Partners Group is an international consulting and investment firm seeking a Back Office Consultant for its Madrid office to centralize admin paperwork for proposals and projects in the TMT sector.

You will support consultants and admin staff, prepare invoices, bid bonds, guarantees and contracts, issue documents for proposals, and handle CVs, case studies and company descriptions while maintaining strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Law, Economics or equivalent.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).
• Good communication skills (oral and writing).
• Ability to multitask.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Direct support from consultants and coordination with the admin department.
• Relationship with the clients for monitoring payments.
• Preparation of invoices, bid bonds, guarantees and contracts.
• Issuance of admin documents for the preparation of proposals: commerce register, VAT number, social security certificates, declarations of honor, notarizations, etc.
• Preparation of admin paperwork related to proposals: CVs, case studies, company description, etc.
• Other administrative responsibilities related to proposal or tender preparation.
• Support in other tasks in the admin department.

We are looking to appoint an Back Office Consultant for our Madrid office to centralize the admin paperwork related to both proposals and projects from our Consulting Division in the TMT sector.

Your activities:

• Direct support from consultants and coordination with the admin department.
• Relationship with the clients for monitoring payments.
• Preparation of invoices, bid bonds, guarantees and contracts.
• Issuance of admin documents for the preparation of proposals: commerce register, VAT number, social security certificates, declarations of honor, notarizations, etc.
• Preparation of admin paperwork related to proposals: CVs, case studies, company description, etc.
• Other administrative responsibilities related to proposal or tender preparation.
• Support in other tasks in the admin department.

Your skills and education:
