Axon Partners Group is seeking Senior Strategy Consultants for Madrid to work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, mainly within ICT. You will aid in project delivery and business development, with a hybrid working model.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish or another language is a plus. A valid work permit for Spain is required. The role offers health insurance, meal discounts, gym access, office breakfasts, and hands-on AI tool experience.

Formación

As part of this growth, Axon is currently seeking Senior Strategy Consultants to join our Madrid office. We are looking for Senior Strategy Consultants to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Over 95% of our projects are international in scope. Short project cycles, providing exposure to multiple initiatives each year.

As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
• Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing.

• A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance.
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required).
• Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
• A valid work permit for Spain is required.
