Axon Partners Group in Madrid seeks Senior Strategy Consultants to work on high-impact, international ICT strategy and management projects. You will handle diverse consulting engagements and contribute to business development while collaborating with a global, high-performing team.

A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics is required with GPA above 3.0; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

As part of this growth, Axon is currently seeking Senior Strategy Consultants to join our Madrid office.

We are looking for Senior Strategy Consultants to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Over 95% of our projects are international in scope.
Short project cycles, providing exposure to multiple initiatives each year.
As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing.

A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required).
• Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
• A valid work permit for Spain is required.
