Job summary

Ukio is seeking a dynamic B2C Sales Specialist in Barcelona to own the full sales cycle for furnished apartments and guest services across Europe. You will close deals, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit occupancy and revenue targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

With 2–3 years in sales, you will thrive in a fast-paced startup culture, enjoy autonomy, and contribute to our growth across Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in hospitality, short-term or mid-term rentals, real estate or travel.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closing for furnished apartments and services.
• Turn leads into bookings and meet individual and team targets.
• Negotiate pricing, length of stay and conditions with clients.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply and Customer Experience to ensure a smooth client journey.
