Dow Jones in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts supporting high‑impact B2C initiatives across the Dow Jones portfolio. This hybrid role reports to the Sr Analytics Director and focuses on people management, prioritization, and delivering reliable, actionable insights to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data partners.

Formación

• 6+ years in data analytics, including coaching analysts.
• Proven track record leading teams and driving execution.
• Strong people management and growth focus.
• Experience applying analytics to digital subscriptions and engagement.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R for large-scale analysis.
• Expertise in Tableau/Looker and BI tools.
