News Corporation's Dow Jones Technology team seeks an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts supporting high-impact B2C initiatives across the Dow Jones portfolio. You will set priorities, coach talent, and ensure delivery of clear, reliable insights to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data partners.

You will champion AI-enabled analytics, build scalable processes, and mentor analysts to grow in scope.

Formación

• 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science, including meaningful experience managing, coaching, or developing analysts.
• Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and executing across multiple high-impact workstreams.

• Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities.
• Set priorities and drive team execution on high-impact workstreams.
• Develop talent and build team capability through mentoring and career development.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams.

• Ensure high-quality insight delivery through oversight of analyses and experimentation.
