Dow Jones is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts supporting high-impact B2C initiatives across the Dow Jones portfolio. You will report to the Senior Analytics Director, coach analysts, set priorities, develop talent, and ensure delivery of reliable, actionable insights to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data partners.

The role emphasizes coaching, scalable processes, and cross-functional partnerships, with a focus on strategy, execution, and applying advanced analytics

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in data analytics or data science with leadership or coaching experience.
• Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python or R for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts with regular feedback.
• Translate business goals into a clear team roadmap and prioritize work.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to align on priorities.
• Ensure high-quality analyses, reporting, and experimentation deliverables.
• Champion AI-enabled analytics to improve productivity and insights.
