Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a skilled B2B SEO specialist in Madrid or willing to relocate. You will craft and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost organic traffic, leads, and revenue across international markets, coordinating with BD and marketing to align content and links with partner needs.

You’ll manage keyword research, on-page optimization, and multilingual content, while building high-quality backlinks with PR.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 4 years) in a B2B SEO role.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to work closely with the team.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and suggest evidence-based improvements.
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with international SEO, including content localization and multi-language strategies.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Partner with the Business Development team to align SEO with sales processes and partner needs.
• Collaborate with the B2B Marketing Manager to structure and define the B2B site architecture and strategy.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to our B2B audience (event promoters, venue managers, etc.).
• Perform on-page optimization for B2B landing pages, blog content, and other assets to improve visibility.
• Write and optimize high-quality content for the B2B blog to attract the target audience.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns with PR to secure high-quality backlinks.
• Measure and report SEO’s contribution to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
