Job summary

Fever in Madrid is seeking a seasoned designer to create and adapt visual content, marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and sales materials for B2B and B2C channels across markets.

You’ll translate complex products into clear visuals, design multi-asset campaigns, and develop editorial content while maintaining a universal style guide and supporting language adaptation. This hybrid role offers a dynamic, international team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital, marketing or product design, ideally B2B or SaaS.
• Portfolio with multi-channel campaigns (web, blog, social such as Instagram and Facebook), landing pages and editorial pieces (whitepapers, ebooks, reports).
• Hands-on knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) applied to landing-page design.
• Experience building or maintaining a style guide or design system across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex products and features into visual concepts and storytelling with Marketing and Product teams.
• Design multi-asset campaigns adapted to each channel: web, blog, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and paid ads.
• Create editorial designs for long-form content: whitepapers, market studies, ebooks, reports and case studies.
• Design B2B landing pages and templates optimized for accessibility (WCAG), conversion and performance.
• Maintain a consistent style guide and design library across Fever's B2B and B2C areas.
• Design sales materials: decks, one-pagers and product sheets.
• Adapt assets for languages and markets.
