ING Madrid seeks a Digital Content Creator to accelerate digital growth for Self-employed and Micro companies within Business Banking Spain. You will craft performance-driven content across paid and organic channels, aligned with acquisition and onboarding journeys.

In a fast-moving, data-driven environment you’ll work with Brand and Comms, CRO, UX, and product teams to optimize headlines, CTAs, and formats, using analytics to inform decisions and drive conversions.

Formación

• Experience creating performance-driven content across digital channels.
• Translate banking products into clear client-focused messaging.
• Proven experimentation and optimization track record.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with GenAI-powered content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Create performance-driven content across paid, owned and social channels.
• Drive conversion through landing pages, onboarding flows and CTAs.
• Analyze data from analytics tools to improve content performance.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRO, UX, and product teams.
• Share learnings and help raise digital maturity of the team.
