Avanade Inc. is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and RAG-based architectures. You will work with clients to translate business challenges into scalable AI capabilities across industries.

Formación

• Experience building AI solutions with Python and LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on work with Azure AI services and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance.
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade AI in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assess client challenges and identify opportunities for Generative AI and automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered apps using LLMs, Azure OpenAI, and related tech.
• Build RAG solutions integrating enterprise sources and vector databases.
• Develop AI Agents and Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, value, and success metrics.
• Design prompts and guardrails for responsible and reliable AI.
• Deploy scalable AI on Azure and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Support PoCs, MVPs, and client workshops demonstrating capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging AI tech and drive innovation across the org.
