Avanade is hiring a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions for leading organizations. You'll work across Avanade's AI practice using Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, and RAG architectures to transform business processes and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate AI use cases, metrics, and adoption strategies, while staying current with emerging AI technologies and governance considerations.

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications using LLMs
• Experience with Azure AI services and Microsoft AI technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions and ethical guardrails

Responsabilidades

• Assess client challenges and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation
• Design and implement AI powered applications using LLMs and Azure OpenAI Service
• Build and optimize RAG solutions integrating enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases
• Develop AI Agents and Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio and related tech
• Collaborate with clients to define AI use cases, value, metrics, and adoption strategies
• Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for responsible AI
