LEVEL is a Barcelona-based long-haul airline focused on exceptional customer experience. The Safety & Compliance Manager AOC role supports the Company’s SMS, compliance monitoring, and change management to ensure regulatory compliance and high safety standards.

The position acts as deputy to the Safety Manager, liaising with AESA, authorities, and internal departments to drive continuous safety improvements and strong regulatory oversight.

Formación

• Requires Aeronautical/aviation engineering background and SMS knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with EU/EASA aviation regulations and operations.
• Experience with safety, compliance monitoring, and management systems is essential.
• Desirable: formal SMS training and internal/audit qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support SMS deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Act as deputy to Safety Manager and lead risk assessments.
• Oversee safety investigations and SPIs analysis.
• Coordinate FDM programme and regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare safety and compliance reports for management and regulators.
• Collaborate with regulators, Nominated Persons, and operations teams.
