Verisure is seeking a Fullstack Software Developer to join the Technology Department at its Alicante hub. You will design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems, shaping workflows and integrating AI with external tools.

You’ll work within a team that owns customer care applications and IT operations tooling. Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, implementing observability, and collaborating with product teams on use cases and quality metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Python development focused on AI/ML or LLM applications.
• Experience building AI agents using LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, with agentic patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, tool usage, human-in-the-loop).
• Hands-on exposure to RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, re-ranking) and AWS serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong motivation to learn and rapidly develop these capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Shape how agents orchestrate business workflows, use a knowledge base, and propose intelligent actions.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines for IT operations and integrate AI agents with external tools.
• Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation for AI agents.
• Collaborate with product teams to define use cases, acceptance criteria and quality metrics.
