Verisure is seeking a Fullstack Software Developer to join the Technology Department at its Alicante hub. You will design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems, shaping workflows and integrating AI with external tools.

You’ll work within a team that owns customer care applications and IT operations tooling. Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, implementing observability, and collaborating with product teams on use cases and quality metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Python development focused on AI/ML or LLM applications.
• Experience building AI agents using LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, with agentic patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, tool usage, human-in-the-loop).
• Hands-on exposure to RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, re-ranking) and AWS serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong motivation to learn and rapidly develop these capabilities.

We now have the opportunity for a Fullstack Software Developer to join our Technology Department.

Location

Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante.

The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms.

Your Future Team

The IT Case & Front team owns the customer care applications that manage case lifecycle, workflow orchestration, and agent-facing interfaces. They ensure our support teams have reliable, high-performance tools to track cases and provide best-in-class customer success globally.

The Opportunity

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.


• Shape how the team designs and implements agents that orchestrate business workflows, consume information from a business knowledge base, and propose intelligent actions that solve real operational problems.


• Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines tailored to IT operations and AIOps use cases and integrate AI agents with external tools and systems.


• Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation mechanisms for AI agents.


• Collaborate with product teams to define: Use cases, Acceptance criteria and Quality metrics for AI-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Python development focused on AI/ML or LLM applications.


• Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, plus solid understanding of agentic patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, tool usage, human-in-the-loop)

or a strong motivation to learn and develop these capabilities quickly.

• Hands-on exposure to RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, re-ranking) and experience working in AWS serverless environments (Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock).


• Fluency in English and Spanish.
