Verisure is expanding its technology hub in Alicante, seeking an experienced backend/full-stack developer to shape AI-driven agents and core services. You will work across Java Spring Boot or Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with frontend and UX/UI teams, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and support production monitoring.

Formación

• 3-5 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
• Solid design of REST APIs and data models (MongoDB/SQL).
• Experience with event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with modern frontend stacks (Angular/React) and CI/CD with Docker and Git.
• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI concepts (LLMs, prompting, RAG) or eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to AI-driven business agents and define engineering approach.
• Design and implement agents that orchestrate business workflows and leverage a knowledge base.
• Develop backend/API services with robust data layers and integrate with frontend teams.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, environment configs, automated tests, and production monitoring.

About The Role

Location: Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante.

The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe's largest IoT platforms.

Your Future Team

The IT Case & Front team owns the customer care applications that manage case lifecycle, workflow orchestration, and agent-facing interfaces. They ensure our support teams have reliable, high-performance tools to track cases and provide best-in-class customer success globally.

The Opportunity

• Contribute in a team building AI-driven business agents, helping define the engineering approach and guiding teammates as we explore new AI-native development methodologies.
• Shape how the team designs and implements agents that orchestrate business workflows, consume information from a business knowledge base, and propose intelligent actions that solve real operational problems.
• Build high-quality backend and API services with solid data layers and clear API contracts, and develop modern frontends ensuring smooth end-to-end integration with backend and UX/UI teams.
• Contribute to reliable delivery pipelines, maintaining CI/CD flows, environment configurations, automated testing, and production monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer, with strong command of Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
• Proven ability to design and build REST APIs, work with MongoDB/SQL, and implement event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ/Kafka.
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (Azure/AWS), Angular/React, state management (RxJS, NgRx, Redux), and CI/CD fundamentals with Docker and Git.
• Practical knowledge of AI/Agentic AI (LLMs, prompting, agent orchestration, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, AI API integrations) or a strong motivation to learn and develop these capabilities quickly.
