Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Madrid is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our customer portfolio in the assigned territory, delivering value through a consultative approach.

You will engage with key accounts, identify opportunities, and help shape local strategies for growth. You will drive sales, build strong partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Formación

• University degree required.
• 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Fluent in Spanish; English and Italian a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and a consultative sales approach.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Implement local sales plans aligned with Pirelli’s commercial strategy.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
