Job summary

RESRG Automotive is seeking a Quality Engineer with automotive experience to lead quality activities for new product launches, from development through industrialization and series production, ensuring all stages of the program meet required quality standards.

You will drive quality assurance and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Logistics to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required.
Minimum two years of experience in a similar automotive role.
Fluent written and spoken English (C1).
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead cubing preparation, internal reviews, action plans and closure of dimensional and quality maturity gaps.
Supervise and control quality issues in customer environments.
Participate in and manage escalated processes with OEMs or Tier 1 customers.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Logistics to improve product quality.
Prepare, monitor and report quality KPIs.
