Job summary

Celestica seeks a Senior Quality Manager focused on New Production Introduction (NPI). You will design and deploy QMS processes to meet customer requirements, lead DFx and validation readiness, and oversee launch readiness and supplier/customer scorecards across HealthTech sites.

You will ensure regulatory conformance to ISO 13485 and other standards, analyze performance data, and drive global QMS ownership with robust training and capability-building across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical field.
• Industry certifications (ASQ, Six Sigma, ISO13485 Lead Auditor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning and strategy to meet NPI objectives and customer requirements.
• Drive DFx reviews and validation readiness (IQ/OQ/PQ) for mass production transitions.
• Manage launch readiness, monthly operations reviews and customer satisfaction surveys.
