Kardex Sistemas S.A.U. in Madrid is seeking a software project manager to lead Warehouse Execution Systems projects from initiation to go-live, coordinating with clients, internal departments and development teams.

You will analyse requirements, translate them into actionable concepts, ensure quality and schedules, and review technical and interface specifications. Willingness to travel ~10% within Europe is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Initial IT or software project management experience, preferably client deployments.
• Experience in industrial, automated or logistics environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (WES/WCS/WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary and international teams.
• Analytical mindset and structured, solution-oriented approach.
• High motivation and desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead WES software projects from initiation to go-live.
• Act as key contact between clients, internal departments and developers.
• Analyse requirements and translate into actionable system concepts.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule and customer satisfaction.
• Review and coordinate technical, IT and interface specifications.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive continuous improvement.
• Support standards, best practices and scalable Kardex solutions.
