Uplift's client is a technology company delivering automation solutions for packaging and manufacturing. They seek an Automation Engineer for their Barcelona operations (Martorelles).

You will analyze, design, and program automation systems and help with start-up and commissioning. Responsibilities include developing PLC/SCADA programs, integrating external equipment, and providing technical support to after-sales.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Industrial Electronics (or related field).
• Proficiency in Codesys and PLC programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, design, and program automation systems.
• Perform machinery start-up and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain PLC and SCADA programs.
• Integrate external equipment into machinery systems.
• Provide technical support to the After Sales Service department, addressing queries from the team both in the office and during site visits
• Prepare clear, detailed and accurate operational and maintenance manuals for end-users and service technicians.
