Rezolve Ai - Conversational commerce for retail and ecommerce in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Specialist for L3 Support. You will drive automation across infrastructure, devices, databases, and networks, while improving ITSM, monitoring, CMDB, and tooling.

The role emphasizes deep scripting, ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB, and IT governance with collaboration across IT teams, keeping security at the forefront.

Formación

• Strong experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible & REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Centreon & Azure Monitor
• Experience with SCCM/Intune patch automation
• IT tools optimization, integrations, dashboards & reporting
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4, security and operational governance

Responsabilidades

• Drive automation across infrastructure, workplace, database & network operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Optimize enterprise ITSM, monitoring, CMDB and automation platforms.
• Work closely with infrastructure, operations, monitoring and ITSM teams.
• Own L3-level automation and tooling improvements.
